About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy IT Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first line of defense for all things IT—providing technical assistance, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations across the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support to internal teams via ticketing system, phone, or in-person.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Support end-users with tools such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Zoom, and VPNs.
  • Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets.
  • Document technical issues and solutions for knowledge sharing.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT staff or external vendors when needed.
